Your role is pivotal. From welcoming patients with a smile, supporting the clinicians with high professionalism, helping with the clinical operations, to being a key person in our team - every day is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression.

  • Lead the practice managing rosters, overseeing the practice operations
  • Managing the small team 
  • Dental Assistant and Reception duties with a smile!
  • Friendly calls to patients for appointments
  • Administration  
  • Assist our clinicians and friendly team
  • Preparation of the surgery
  • Cleaning and sterilisation
  • Supporting the clinicians in surgery
  • Preparation of lab work

About you:-

  • A Receptionist / Dental Assistant trained in surgery
  • Keen to be a leader 
  • High regard for following infection control procedures
  • Proficient with practice management software preferred but not essential
  • Possess high empathy and have a patient centric approach
  • Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive working style - most importantly a sense of fun and team spirit!!
