Job Description

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives and be the smiling face that guides them through their orthodontic journey?

Kikada Dental Group is on the lookout for a Treatment Coordinator who is passionate, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

This is more than just a job – it’s your opportunity to be the go-to person for our patients from their very first consultation through to their brand-new smile!

This is a Parental Leave role for around 4-5 months. The successful applicant must be able to work Wednesdays and Thursdays, and one other day - preferably Mondays.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our specialist Orthodontist, patients, and the front office. You’ll ensure a seamless, informed, and caring experience by:

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with patients

  • Explaining treatment plans, outlining financial options, and answering all those important questions

  • Coordinating treatment progress, managing imaging and referrals, and making sure everything is in place for a smooth patient journey

  • Organising lab work, materials, and emergency appointments based on the Orthodontist’s care recommendations

  • Keeping communication flowing effortlessly between the clinic and front office

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Are a natural communicator who’s warm, clear, and confident

  • Take pride in your organisational skills and love ticking tasks off your to-do list

  • Have a “patient-first” mindset and love seeing people feel heard, understood, and cared for

  • Enjoy working as part of a fun, collaborative, and supportive team

  • Can explain complex treatment details in a calm and reassuring way

  • Have experience in dental or healthcare coordination (bonus points!) – but we’re also open to training the right candidate with drive and heart

What's on Offer:

  • A Fixed Term Parental Leave role on Wednesdays and Thursdays, plus one more day, ideally Mondays, with possible extension
  • A National Dental Group with other role opportunities
  • A great team and culture

At Kikada Dental Group, we believe in providing not just world-class care, but also an exceptional experience. If you’re ready to be a part of something special, we would like to meet you!
