We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team in overseeing the operations of our thriving practice. Job Description
You will be supported by our sensational Endodontists, National support team, who will provide guidance, mentoring and career development.

Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring exceptional customer service and good operational best practices and efficiency from the front desk
Lead, coach and motivate the team to reach practice goals - we'll coach you in this
Oversee patient billings, effective appointment book and re-booking management
Staff Rostering
Maintain operational and WHS compliance
Supporting and driving marketing projects and initiatives to grow community brand awareness of the practice.
Learning and understanding Core PMS software
Stock control and orders
Our ideal Candidate:
Self-motivated and a real people person who would like to empower teams to deliver their best
Culture and teamwork focus
Ability to communicate with all internal and external stakeholders
Strong business acumen
Around 3 year's experience in the healthcare industry
Clear understanding of budgets
Knowledge of dental products and companies
Understanding and ability to work in all areas of the practice as required
